DAY 7 — SHIFT IN HEALING (INNER & EMOTIONAL)

God cannot shift what we keep hidden. Healing is part of the shift.

Scripture: “He heals the broken-hearted and bandages their wounds..” Psalm 147:3 (NLT)

Prayers:

1. Heal wounds I’ve ignored or buried.
2. Bring emotional freedom where I’ve been bound.

Question: What wounds or emotions have I avoided bringing to God that He is asking me to trust Him with?
